Meet Carolina Izurieta Lastrico

Hi, Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate your time! My name is Carolina Izurieta Lastrico and I am a Toronto, Greater Toronto area Realtor specialising in preconstruction and resale.

So what am I all about? I’m glad you asked!

If you’re looking for a Realtor focusing on detailed client experiences, one that treats people with empathy, kindness, and understanding before, during, and long after the sales concluded, you’ve come to the right place. A healthy dose of good humour goes a long way too! So how do I help you throughout the whole process?

As a Realtor, it’s important that I undertake the detailed research that’s required to represent your home or help you find a new one. Everyone wants a smooth transaction! To ensure one, that includes advising accordingly, negotiating on your behalf, and empowering you with as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision about selling, your home or condo, and buying the next perfect place.

Working with me is a relaxed, fun, and informed process, let’s chat and see if we’re a great fit for that next important step in your life
